Pricing as of November 2026
A Jobber alternative when the job is the hours.
Jobber is field service software for quotes, schedules, invoices, and payments. Contractor Revolution is narrower: time, PTO, work orders, and billing, with your logo on the instance. Use this page if you are pricing both. Then open Jobber's own pricing page and check the numbers.

What Jobber publishes that we do not sell
On its public pages, Jobber describes quotes, online booking, invoices, card payments, automated reminders, QuickBooks sync on higher plans, two-way texting, job costing, and marketing tools. Plan names are Core, Connect, Grow, and Plus. Features are gated by plan. This page does not guess which feature sits in which plan. Read Jobber's pricing page for that.
Jobber's published no-commitment prices, checked November 3, 2026, include Core at $49 for 1 user, Grow from $199 to $499 depending on the user band, and Plus from $499 to $699 for 5, 10, or 15 users. Annual billing is lower. Extra users are listed at $29 a month. Teams of 16 or more are contact sales.
Jobber does not charge a setup fee. Its materials have described Plus onboarding with a stated value of $599 and data import with a stated value of $499. Those are Jobber's figures from the November 3, 2026 check, not a price we add on top.
What you are comparing it with
- Time from the phone, on a work order.
- PTO requests and hour balances.
- A billing list that keeps finished work until it is billed.
- A weekly summary for payroll. The close is meant to take 15 minutes or less.
- Your logo and colors, and setup around the way you already run work.
- Every feature on every tier. The tier is headcount. A user is anyone who logs in.
Our setup fee is real money: $1,500, $2,500, $4,000, $6,000, or from $9,500, by tier. It is not waived on annual prepay. Annual prepay on our side is 15% off the monthly fee, paid up front.
Who should pick which
Pick Jobber if you need the customer side: quotes, invoices, card payments, reminders, and the marketing tools on the plan you buy. Pick Contractor Revolution if the hole in the shop is hours, PTO, work orders, and jobs that never get billed, and you want the software in your name.
Shops already on Contractor Revolution are Isom Electric and South Pointe Construction. That is a list of names, not a score.
