Pricing as of November 2026

A JobTread alternative for the hours, not the estimate.

JobTread is construction software with estimating, schedules, and portals, priced by internal user. Contractor Revolution is time, PTO, work orders, and billing. If you need both, these are not substitutes. If you need the hours, read the table and then check JobTread's page.

Monthly price at the same headcount

JobTread's monthly math, from the public rate card checked November 3, 2026: $199 includes the first internal user. Five users is $199 plus four users at $20, which is $279. Ten users is $199 plus nine at $20, which is $379. Twenty users adds the ten users in the $15 band (users 11 to 20), which is $529. Forty users adds ten users at $10 and ten at $5, which is $679. Seventy-five users is that $679 plus users 41 to 75 (35 users) at $5, which is $854.

The user definition changes the math

JobTread's page says internal users are people who need customer and vendor data, jobs, schedules, time, and reports. Customers, vendors, and subcontractors on the external portal are free and unlimited. JobTread also says some field crew can be free if they only upload pictures, log daily notes, view a schedule, or check off tasks.

Contractor Revolution has one kind of user: a person who logs in. A lead, a helper, and the office person are the same price. There is no free portal. If you counted only JobTread internal users and then added every person who would log into Contractor Revolution, you would be comparing different headcounts. Do the count twice, once for each rule, before you trust the table.

What the products are for

JobTread's public pricing page says the subscription includes every feature: unlimited jobs and files, portals, data imports, templates, and implementation. There is no free trial. Monthly plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is no setup fee.

Contractor Revolution does not include estimating, takeoff, client portals, or vendor portals. It does include phone time entry, PTO in hours, work orders with crew and site, a billing list, a weekly payroll summary, and an instance with your logo and colors. Setup is a one-time fee and is not waived. We do not sell payment processing, marketing tools, or a CRM.

A straight way to choose

Choose JobTread if you want one system for the estimate, the schedule, the subs, and the client, and you are willing to learn their user rules. Choose Contractor Revolution if your own crew's hours, PTO, and unbilled work are the problem, and you want that in your colors.

South Pointe Construction and Isom Electric use Contractor Revolution for time tracking, work orders, PTO, and billing.
